Jeremy Sackett-Attorney 

Jeremy Sackett, a native of Highland, Illinois, earned his law degree from Southern Illinois University. His legal career began at the SIUC Elderly Clinic, where he provided clients with reassurance about their financial and healthcare needs and achieved a notable judgment exceeding $200,000 in a high-stakes case.

Upon returning to Madison County, Jeremy joined a small firm as an associate, gaining valuable experience across various legal areas including personal injury, criminal defense, family law, wills, and estate planning. He then served as an Assistant State's Attorney for five years, handling a broad spectrum of cases from misdemeanors to felonies, DUIs, and domestic batteries, and conducting numerous hearings on statutory summary suspensions and orders of protection.

As a co-founding partner of Swanson and Sackett, P.C., Jeremy expanded his practice to cover personal injury, expungements, and driver's license reinstatements, and established a landlord division representing numerous landlords, property management companies, and mobile home communities in Madison County.

Now, at Sackett Law, P.C., Jeremy brings his extensive litigation experience to his renewed focus on providing individualized attention to each client, continuing his commitment to serving the Madison County community one client at a time.
